Novare Creative was founded by Gemma Pepper, a photographer turned multidisciplinary creative with a lifelong love for visual storytelling.

Her journey began behind the camera, capturing people, places, and brands with an eye for emotion and connection. Over time, that passion grew into a broader appreciation for design, branding, and the power of visuals to shape how something feels.

With a background in TV and Film, Gemma studied storytelling through documentaries, short films, and music videos, developing a strong sense of composition, tone, and narrative. During lockdown she completed a degree in Visual Communications through the Open College of the Arts, expanding her skills in branding, design, and digital media.

What started as a solo creative pursuit has evolved into a space to explore ideas, craft meaningful visuals, and build a portfolio that reflects both skill and soul.

Gemma’s daughter Jess remains her greatest inspiration. Her creativity, curiosity, and fresh perspective influence the heart of Novare, serving as a reminder that storytelling is always evolving and creativity is something to be shared.

Today, Novare Creative represents Gemma’s body of work, combining photography, design, and creative direction rooted in emotion, intention, and connection.
